Two big annual club events at the same General Meeting at the Union Hall

At this General Meeting two annual traditions will continue

This year the business portion of the Annual Meeting will begin at 7:45 and last about 30 minutes.  After which the GM will be turned over, temporarily, to the Aloha Party and the live music of Salmagundi.

At some point, when we achieve quorum, the party will pause for a final collection of the ballots.

The quorum and their guests will go back to Aloha-ing while the Election Committee tallies 57 plus ballots.

Finally there will be one last shift back to business to announce the results.

The evening is capped with more Aloha celebrating accompanied by more of Salmagundi's fine tunes.

Non-members are STILL welcome!

Salmagundi

• We request at the door from guests a $5 donation to help cover expenses. 
• You must be age 21 or over, or accompanied by parent or guardian.
• BYOB is NOT approved. 
• The club has hired a bartender for General Meetings and the beverages are no-charge so leave your bottle at home!
