Bikes, Beats & Eats on the Lakeland Trail

Wednesdays Beginning June 1st thru August 31st

Meet at 5:00pm at the Zukey Lake Tavern parking lot (5011 Girard Drive, Pinckney, MI).  We’ve been given permission to park our cars at the far end of the parking lot (just as you enter off Girard, and before the first speed bump) with the assumption that most of us will stay to enjoy refreshments and live music after the ride  We’ll peddle east to Hamburg Road, turn back, peddling west to the end of the paved trail before turning back (about 17 miles round trip on a predominantly flat, paved trail). 

For those wanting a shorter ride, meet the group at the same spot to catch us on our return ride-by at 5:30pm (this would give you a 12 mile ride). At the end of the ride, we’ll gather on the roof-top deck at Zukey Lake Tavern for refreshments and live music, featuring different performers each week. Questions? Call Joe Knopp at 810-923-1567.
