State of the Club

The Board held a meeting this past Thursday. It was a newsworthy meeting. See below.

Meeting schedule changes:

17-Feb Mt Brighton GM was CANCELLED due to Covid
10-Mar Mt Brighton GM is still ON
07-Apr Union Hall GM is now a pre-election party
21-Apr Union Hall GM is now both the Elections and Annual Business Meeting PLUS an Aloha Party
15-May is the tentative date for our traditional Mega Party. It's a Sunday.

And...

The President and nine Board seats need to be filled.
Lane Hotchkiss is stepping down as Western Trip Coordinator. Jim Kelly is stepping.

Thanks Lane. Thanks Jim. Thanks President and Board. For all you've done and all you're about to do.

Feb 12 ~~Monthly Happy Hour A-Roam Again~~ -- CANCELLED

Still Covid.

The latest spike in community Covid cases led us to cancel February's three scheduled community events. Fear of inadvertently spreading the infection and poor attendance are key factors in these decisions.

But Omicron has spiked in most places. Fingers crossed this is the last spike that threatens public health, and we'll see more normal days ahead soon.

Rewards Program Administrator Lisa Salisbury

Rewards Program Administrator Lisa Salisbury has updated our Rewards tracking system.

For now, you can view your reward points by following the directions at this link.

If you've used some of your reward points you may have to get your current balance by comparing your lifetime reward points with invoices and payments. But, all your financial records, including Snowbucks, are right there.

A report on the whole system will be available soon.
