The business portion of the meeting will begin at 7:45 It will last 20 to 30 minutes. After which we turn the meeting over to the Aloha Party and the live music of Salmagundi.
At some point, when we achieve quorum, we'll reconvene the meeting for a final collection of the ballots.
Then, the Election Committee will convene separately to count ballots while the quorum and their guests return to the party.
Finally, there will be one last break from Aloha-ing to announce the results.
The evening is capped off with a celebration of the results accompanied by more of Salmagundi's fine tunes.
