Hayrides, Bonfires, and Pizzas... Oh My!

Hosts: Bart Foster, Joe Fusco, and Alan Osterdale

Cost is $15 per person

Includes

  • A bonfire dedicated to our group
  • Pizza from Riverside of Pinckney
  • Haunted Hayride
  • Plenty of time to enjoy a crisp Michigan evening

Details

Drop Joe Knopp's name.  That is, request the Joe Knopp Group Discount.

  • Look for our group’s bone-fyre between the parking lot and the barley-enclosure (i.e. barn.)  That's where the mingle-izing starts.
  • At about 8:30 PM a headcount for pizza orders will be taken.
  • Then we organize for the hayride.

There’s room for thirty on each wagon, and the wagons leave every half-hour.  So, if there’s not enough room for all of us on one wagon, we can hang out by the fire for the next wagon.

  • Following the hayride we will return to our bonfire for more socializing.

Tips for Making it Even More Fun

  • Bring a plate or snack to pass and your beverage of choice.   Alcohol  in moderation is fine.   Please don't flaunt it, especially away from our private bonfire.
  • A folding chair, blanket, and someone to cuddle with are recommended.
  • Because this is an outdoor event neither masks nor Covid vaccinations are required by A2SC.
  • Finding the location can be tricky so here are coordinates and a link to an online map.
    • Coordinates: 42.503968, -83.859079
    • Online Map
  • The hardiest souls will likely stick around until after midnight.  In the past as late (or early?) as 1:30 am.
  • If there is a threat of rain a decision of whether to abort or not will be made at 4 PM.  If it is raining at 4 PM you can be assured the event is cancelled.

The forecast currently looks very good.

Barton Foster and Joe Fusco offer this way to get additional information or, in the case of iffy weather, learn whether the event is still happening.  Call them!
