Utah is a beautiful place to ski, with piles of snow and picturesque mountain views no matter where you look. Please join the Ann Arbor Ski Club for a week of fun at this world class resort.
Trip Leaders are John and Irene Ruthven, they will reach out to you to ensure you are included in all trip communications. Optional trip components (air travel, roommate, lift pass) are limited and overuse may affect trip pricing. Your trip leader will inform you if your chosen options are not viable.
This trip includes airfare, airport transfers, hotel accommodations, and lift tickets. Breakfast is not included. Epic pass holders are welcome but are asked to purchase their own passes at https://orderepicpass.com and to provide the Epic pass # during or after event registration, so that they can be counted towards group lift ticket discounts.
Your payment should made out to the Ann Arbor Ski Club, and mailed into the Alpine Coordinator (Irene Ruthven, 532 Lakeview Drive, Gregory, MI 48137). You are encouraged to pay in full with your first payment, as it simplifies the paperwork, but if needed you can pay in the traditional three installments.
Trip price is based on double occupancy in a hotel room; please come prepared with your roommate, or expect a roommate to be assigned to you.
Your completion of this registration form includes your indication to abide by event participant responsibilities and policies, found here: Ann Arbor Ski Club Event Responsibility and Policies.pdf
The participant must keep the trip leader up to date with details about the travel documents s/he chooses to travel with. If travel is only within the US, a drivers license is needed. If travelling by land to a foreign country such as Canada, an extended drivers' license will satisfy. A valid passport, having expiration 90 or more days after travel completes, is acceptable for all air travel. Any event participant with criminal or misdemeanor history in the US is obligated to check with the embassy of the target country to determine if travel will be allowed, and to ensure s/he has the proper documentation on hand at the time of travel; if the participant is not able to confirm that s/he will be allowed entry, then the participant should cancel from the event in good time.
